A Farewell To RBG And Humility

Today, September 18th is one of the saddest days this month with the heartbreaking news of the death of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Now, many across the country are going to be weeping for the loss of this hero and I will be one of them. Now, I'm not the kind of a person to get shaken by many things and I admit I haven't written in a while because of my frustration with both parties and there lack of compassion for America's problems. But, things occurring in America over the past couple of weeks and with the news of the Notorious RBG's Death I am completely out of words. The truth is Justice Ginsburg wasn't just a liberal on the court she also was one of the most accomplished lawyers in history not because of her views on the law rather her belief that the law whether right or wrong shouldn't be debated rather interpreted with the changing times. She really was an ideal Jurist.

Now, Ruth Bader Ginsburg pioneered law with her being a lawyer who broke barriers for woman. But also as a jurist who helped bring balance to the court through her sharp views but her bipartisan nature. And her belief everyone can be a friend. To be honest with you I mourn not just Ruth Bader Ginsburg, I mourn for America because the ensuing Supreme Court Battle should be least of our worries.

Though, with RBG gone who will fill her seat on the court: My take

Ruth Bader Ginsburg's successor should be a Moderate on the Court someone who's views are based on right and wrong and not framed on ideological guidelines.

Now, Here is the person most likely Trump could nominate: 9/17/20

Amul Thapar -- A well qualified jurist nominated by Bush to the United States District Court of Eastern Kentucky in 2008. And by Trump in 2017 to the United States Court of Appeals Sixth Circuit. Mitch McConnell favorite. Well Qualified by the American Bar Association
